Episode 4: A New Hope

The Waterfall Empire is crumbling, and the agile rebels are using an advanced technology: Unit Testing. The information was there for years, but nobody cared to pick it up. Why did they pick this technology? How do they plan to use it to crush the empire? And what version of .Net are they using? We’ll learn about all this and the secret weapon known to Jedi knights only: TDD.

 Episode 5: The Empire Strikes Back

The Empire have their own engineers. They have captured a few rebels, and “interviewed” them about the most important rules about unit testing. The did not expect it, but they’ve opened up a whole new spectrum of knowledge. In this session, Sith lord Gil will report of what the empire knows that makes them unit testing work. The Empire knows the 8^th rules for successful unit testing.

About the speaker: 
Gil Zilberfeld has been in software since childhood, starting out with Logo turtles. With more than15 years of developing commercial software, he has vast experience in software methodology and practices.

Gil is the product manager at Typemock, working as part of an agile team in an agile company, creating tools for agile developers. He promotes unit testing and other design practices, down–to–earth agile methods, and some incredibly cool tools. Gil speaks locally in Israel and internationally about unit testing, TDD, and agile practices and communication. And in his spare time he kills dragons, for fun.
